Do you need CE's for your NCCAP Certification Renewal?
NCCAP knows that some of their Certified Professionals are having trouble obtaining CE hours required for certification renewal. Thus, they are happy to provide you with a great solution!
DO NOT WAIT TO RENEW!
LET THE NCCAP OFFICE KNOW HOW MANY CE HOURS YOU ARE MISSING
Please call the NCCAP Office at (757) 552-0653 to learn more about the process. You will then be guided to renew online which will allow you to be placed in "Pending" status for 30 days while you obtain your needed CE hours. Importantly, your Certification will appear as "Active" during this pending status if required to be verified by Employers and Surveyors, rather than "Expired". You are allowed to use your credentials while in "Pending" status.

Waive Late Fees
NCCAP is waiving all Late Fees through June 30, 2020.
Extension of National Exam Time Frame
NCCAP is extending the time frame for all those currently registered to take the National Exam until June 30, 2020. They will update this time frame as necessary.
Suspension of Fax Fee
In order to make it easier to submit renewal documentation via Fax, NCCAP is suspending the $25 Fax Fee. They encourage anyone who can benefit from using a Fax to do so.

They request that you Fax your application with credit card payment instead of mailing any documentation to the office. If you have the ability to pay your application fee by credit card, they ask you to either include your credit card information in the forms to be faxed or used in the online renewal process. Alternatively, they encourage you to call the NCCAP office to provide your credit card details over the phone if you prefer.
